Payment
Policy: To secure your room we request one half of the amount of your total reservation. The balance of your bill is due upon arrival at AmaTierra. Your deposit is payable using Visa, MasterCard, or by direct deposit. Please call 1-866-659-3805 toll free from the US or Canada, or (506) 2419-0010 from all other countries. You may also fax your credit card information to (506) 2419-0094. For your security, please do not email credit card information.
Cancellation Policy: If you must Cancel your reservation, please do so at least 30 days before the date of your arrival. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of your total for a cancellation 15 - 30 days before reservation date, and 100% of your total if your reservation is cancelled 14 days or less before the reservation date. In case of cancellation 31 days or more before date of arrival, there will be a $25 per room charge to your credit card.

Events:
Much planning goes into providing the best possible retreat week. If you must cancel your reservation, please do so at least 60 days before the date of your arrival. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of your total for a cancellation 30-60 days before reservation date, and 100% of your total if your reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before the reservation date. In case of cancellation 61 days or more before date of arrival, there will be a $25 per room charge to your credit card.
