De-Stress for Relaxation: a 60 minute relaxing massage customized for your body’s needs and designed to release tension (aromatherapy upon request) $75.
Deep Tissue or Sports Massage: a 60 minute massage that works deeper to ease knots in muscles and fascia. Sports massage is similar and focuses more on limbs and stretches. $75.
*Abdominal Chi Mover: 45 minutes of gentle strokes which move the life force energy throughout the belly. Excellent for releasing emotional stress, improving digestion and moving “stuck” energy; it also helps muscle tension and joint problems in the whole body. This massage ends with 10 minutes additional head and foot rub. $75.
Lymphatic massage: 60 minutes of gentle relaxing massage which helps detoxify the system, improve immunity and drain excess fluid from the body. $75.
*Myofascial Release to relieve pain & stiffness, and rehabilitate injuries: Physical and/or emotional trauma (falls, whiplash, surgery, poor posture) can severely restrict our myofascial system (the webbing between layers of skin, bone & muscle) creating pain, stiffness & energy blockage. French Canadian practitioner Gilles Frechette offers expert structural reintegration and joint mobilization
with remarkable results. 1 hour $85. 1 ½hours $125.

Exfoliation Scrub:
A blend of Lemon, Coconut and essential oils in a sea salt base removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. Light massage follows this treatment. End with an aromatherapy bath. 75 minutes $95.
The Volcanic Clay Wrap:
Special “arsilla” or mud/clay from Costa Rica’s volcanoes help to detoxify the body by drawing toxins out through the skin and leaving you feeling oh so soft. Plan to become a burrito, wrapped snugly for 20 minutes while the clay does its work. Head and Foot massage included. 90 minutes. $105.
